How Do I Take Redcon1 Total War RTD?

Assess your tolerance to Redcon1 Total War RTD by only taking half (1/2) a Bottle before training. Once you have successfully assessed your tolerance, drink one Bottle 30 minutes before training. Do not take more than one (1) bottle in a 24-hour period.
